FRUSTRATING, STRESSING, AWFUL
I have used online banking since it started in the 90s with different banks and had never had such a horrible experience as the one provided by T.D. Bank, the site keeps closing while actively conducting transactions and displaying the message: For your security, you have been logged off due to inactivity it happened twice in just one session while attempting to pay one single bill, worse experience on a website ever!
It is good that a bank site closes due to inactivity to protect the users account but while actively clicking and expecting it to run the transaction??? Something must be really wrong with this website!!!
Please fix it!!! It is no longer a convenient bank to run online transactions on and while the virus has forced us to move our business to a more online approach this is a very bad way to treat your customers!
Hope someone reads this and do something about it!!
