RE.NOVATE is a "credit service" that TD BANK has. One more, as per I realize reading the posts below, to STOLE our money.
One day, we decide tobuy some patio furniture, and the stores offered a 12 months without interest. And we decide to do it. - What a bd choice!! The Credit Card Service was a TD BANK company which makes us think that should be reliable.....what a mistake!
Time goes by and we never received an information for payment, after several tries to contact them we finally get then on the phone for a payment. Which we gave our 20 years account number. They gave us a "confirmation number" at the moment and that was it. (To not comment that the service online for payment that they offer did work out) After spend the Holidays traveling we got back home last night and......."surprise"....
found a bunch (for the first time) of letters from them. 2 statements and 2 "reject" letters. they REJECT a payment made over the phone with a "real" person in the other side - which gave me a "confirmation#"?! It is unbelivable.......and of course in the second statement they put the charge os a LATE FEE and also they charge the INTEREST too.
Absurd!! When this morning we got the "customer service representatitve" on the phone they "HARESSES" us to send our name to the Credit Bureau, if they didn't get the payment on time (01/06/2017), in case we send a check to pay. What a nightmare one get invoveld just because we trusted in a company that has a name TD BANK behind it.
We wich the Federal Government could exterminate this kind of company from the market that uses innocent people to make them rich. Shame on them!!!
