Td bank refuses to accept any responsibility for not conducting an investigation of their own. Also doesn't want to do anything about the situation

My money was given to a third party without my acknowledgement or permission. There was no investigation done to verify my involvement in this scam.. User's recommendation: Not Recommend.

Money was Whitelaw from my account and send back to outside party without my knowledge. There was no investigation done on behalf of td before releasing my money.

Doesn't resolve issues of services not rendered paid for with TD Bank Card., instead its dispute resolution department does nothing to inquire of your complaint. I was told to take the complaint rd,
Failure to issue a credit to a card when the services weren't rendered and an e-mail from the service provider admitting the failure to provide services was provided TD Bank Complaint Department. TD told me to take it up with the Merchant, without contacting the merchant or me.Use another bank

I pay my bill on the first of every month, every other payment they say they don't get the payment or no account this has happened many times I keep getting check fees. How do you get check fees from no account. I did not know they had 2 account numbers in there they help me to straighten it out. This has gotten worse today a young man helped me get it straightened out. SO I asked the supervisor to not charge me a fee because I did pay it. I had no idea what the site had when i put in the payment it only showed 1 account that I selected

same NATIVE guy with with My old work history took out MANY lines of CREDIT??? don't know how?? tried to phone in to cancel the cards .. Get a no can't help you/ YOU NEED TO DO THIS AND THAT!! Take the *** police report and stop giving CREDIT!! WITHOUT RESEARCHING THE CLIENT!!TD

I have even a TD customer for 30 years Was an original customer under the Commerce Bank brand that was sold to TD a few years ago. They still follow the same tag line is Americas most convenience bank which couldnt be further from the truth They scaled back phone reps to save money so you sit on hold for 10 minutes then reps say things to get you off the phone This bank sucks

TD close my account 1 week after I wrote a review here again them, I was with TD for more than 14yrs and had more than 4 different account, they close all my account just like that, be very careful how u open an account with TD as your account can be close just like that for no reason, and the sad part is that they have the RIGHT TO DO SO WITHOUT EXPLANATION.

An employee name Lam Pham from the TD bank in 1227 main st Worcester MA We have to deel every single day with her nasty and disrespectful behavior towards us when we go to drop our deposit from our store she doesn't have no ethics at all and i spoke to the manager to see if she will take action on the matter but i quess she doesn't even care.. as a manager she is not even doing her job because we spoke and its still the same
