The worse service ever.............

My Mother has been trying to get a hold of Loss Prevention for about 1 month now, and there is never a human that answers the phone. The TD staff at my Dad's branch are just as incompetent, and have no clue. His account has been frozen, and in order to fix, you need to speak with LP's. My parents use this account to pay bills, and it's pretty sad you have no access or anyone to rectify the problem...maybe the media should hear about TD's practices. Totally pissed, and glad to be a CIBC member. Reply back ASAP is appreciated.

Accusations of fraud

Someone hacked my account and did a fraudulent activity so they close my account and you wont give me my money I want my money I need my money to pay my bills you have $400 for up to 500 of my money I want my money

Ghetto practices

Went to call TD to confirm amount in bank second time this day. Ghetto woman treats me like Im *** because well, shes ghetto and thinks that Im just going to be intimidated by her and then-click disconnected just like that. hung up and had to call TD an additional6 times for one good employee to explain my real balance. Ghetto ***

Fake credit card

They send a credit card to you then they put a block on it so it can't be used then they say it's under review for fraud but you can't use or cancel it till their investigation is over with it they are a joke

Unable to help my situation

Needed to freeze my account. Did not recollect my USERNAME. Knew my password and was offering to give it in exchange for username. Was unable to retrieve my USERNAME in order to freeze my debit card temporarily, despite signing up for voice recognition, which logically should be the only verification needed for any service whatsoever. All the while funds are at risk of being accessed due to my phone being stolen.

User's recommendation: Do not sign up for voice recognition benefit as it is not being used for your benefit as a customer and therefore more likely being used for the government to more definitively overhear conversation and for that reason solely.

Car loan

Pay off on car loan, speak to employee that never returns your phone call, never had a bank be this ignorant and hard to get someone

Accounts I did not open

I've been on hold for close to an hour because someone opened accounts in my (former) name. There should be an instant connection for reporting fraud. This hold time is why I left td in the first place, and now I'm being forced to deal with them. Horrible!!!

Cannot resolve my issue when stuck on hold, then busy, then disconnect

Exactly like the Jan 12 reviewer listed here, TD sent a 2nd payment to ConEd on Jan 14 (same date!!!). I called and questioned this double payment. I do not auto pay anything thru them. Told I must speak to Fraud Div who will change my acct and block all transactions until investigated (meaning my direct dep checks can't be received), she put me on hold, after 35 min, busy, then immediate disc. Called back, placed on hold, have yet to get thru and resolve this issue.

I am being overcharged

I want to block a Con Edison recurring monthly payment on the 14th of each month, they are overcharging my account and I need to put a stop to it right now
