TD Bank - Poor customer service
I had to wait in the Apollo Beach location for 1 hour on a banker after being passed over for another customer. I waited patiently after that and was never acknowledged again. Then the banker that was available went to the teller counter instead of helping me. From what i know bankers do not do teller duties. When i started to get upset the banker told me i could go to another location

TD Bank - Customer Care Review

TD bank is by far the worst bank in the history of banks. My card was compromised and the representative reaction was unfortunately you still have to pay the NSF, even though we know that the transaction were not made by you.
