HI know my password, I know my username! They want authorization that it's me.

I don't have a cell phone for them to send me a code. I am hungry and want to have grocereis delivered. I have been trying for four days!! I am disabled and when I tell them I will change banks they say Well that's your choice and I can only get in with a cell phone or app.

I don't have a computer. I have Parkinson disease and can't leave home to go to the bank this is the worst service I have encountered beside Verizon and comcast. I can't check my spelling I have Parkinson. I am calling the t.v.

Station tomorrow to help me. It's called " the iteam" thank is doesn't care about disabled and elderly I want to get into my account. It's my money!!!!
