Td Bank - Debit card activation a nightmare
they suck big time; it was such a long aggravating process to activate my debit card for the first time; finally I got it up, pin setup, it was working; after a few months they sent me a new one, safer they said; called to activate, wasted 15 min on hold and entering the *** long numbers, spoke with customer service, he said all is good, he will transfer me to the activation line; I told him that I went once thru that and when I entered my 6 digitis pin, the system said that I didn't enter enough digits; so again on the activation line, enter card number, enter 6 dig pin, again I didn't enter enough numbers; I hang up, I spoke again with the customer person in the bank, he said the pin is 4 digits; *** I will change this bank cause they don't know what they are doing
